We have begun preparations for our 2nd Annual Winter Solstice Celebration at 'Ohana Health.  Last year we dedicated our building on the solstice prior to our opening on Jan. 2.  We had a wonderful gathering in the midst of a winter storm with 50 plus of our dearest clients and friends.

This year we plan to open with a blessing by Michael Two Feathers. It will also be a time to express our gratitude to Melissa Migdal, L.Ac MSTCM, who has been with us since the start of our Community Acupuncture Clinic and has served the 'ohana as a true healer. Living a split life (Bay Area/Paradise) can be taxing on anyone so we are grateful that Missy will be with us until the December 21, 22 clinic.  Missy has treated about 100 Ridge residents.  Quite a milestone for the first community acupuncture clinic in its first year.  Mahalo nui loa, Missy!

As one door closes another one opens...

We will also be introducing the newest member of our 'ohana, Novella Leimberg, L.Ac. MSTCM. Novella is relocating from Los Angeles to head the 'Ohana Health, Community Acupuncture Clinic in harmony with her own private practice here at 'Ohana Health. Novella brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge and her signature Green Papaya Healing Wraps.

We will also be introducing our Ayurvedic Team, Stacy Phillips and Lisa Kiehn. Stacy Phillips is a Certified Massage Therapist,  Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Bowen Practitioner. Lisa Kiehn, is a Certified Massage Therapist, Ayurvedic Practitioner and  Angel Reiki Practitioner.

A guided meditation will be led by our very own Ken Kiehn, Tai Chi/Qi Gong instructor.

We'll have Pupus (appetizers) and teas from Teavana served in our Japanese Tea Service which always flows at 'Ohana Health.

Calling all healers, facilitators. Would love to have Tibetan Singing Bowls singing. Please send us a message if you would like to attend or participate. — at 'Ohana Health.
